How far in advance should you book a shuttle?
We recommend reserving transportation at least two weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (summer, holidays, and annual travel periods). However, thanks to our large fleet of vehicles, we are able to accommodate urgent requests from one day to the next, subject to availability.
Is it possible to make changes to the itinerary after booking?
Sure. We understand that plans can change. You can update your itinerary or pick-up times up to 24 hours before departure. In the event of last-minute changes, we will do our best to accommodate you through our call center, which is available to you.
How do I get a quote?
The fastest way is via the WhatsApp button on the website or by direct phone. In order for us to give you an accurate quote, it is a good idea to prepare in advance: date, departure time, return time, pickup point, destination and estimated number of passengers.
What types of vehicles are in your fleet?
Our fleet is diverse and includes modern minibuses (up to 20 seats), standard buses (55 seats) and extra large buses with 60 seats. All our vehicles are new Mercedes Irizar models and are maintained to the highest standard.
Are your drivers certified to transport children and students?

In addition, we employ someone from our own company who ensures the buses are in good condition and all approvals are obtained before the trip.
